Nicole has worked with Kempston and Werth Realty since early 2017. Before pursuing Real Estate, she graduated with honours from McMcaster University Psychology with a focus on educational psychology. Within Real Estate, this has translated into a belief that client and self-education are crucial to establish competitive positioning and protect client interests. With previous work experience in sales and marketing, she is uniquely positioned to market any home effectively, while possessing formal training in negotiations.
